A: Our standard lead time varies depending on the complexity of the order and is generally 5-15 business days. For urgent projects, we offer expedited delivery, with delivery times as fast as 48 hours.
Q: How do you guarantee processing quality? Do you provide inspection reports?
A: We prioritize processing quality. All products undergo a rigorous quality inspection process before leaving our factory, including dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and functional testing. We are equipped with CMMs, height gauges, calipers, and other testing equipment. We can provide comprehensive test reports and, upon request, issue material certifications and RoHS reports.
